1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jayae9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the jayae9 website at jayae9.net and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

jayae9 provides online casino games, sports betting markets, live casino services, fishing games, and slot games to players in Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

jayae9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the jayae9 website. 1.1 Governing Language

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of jayae9 services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account on the Platform. Account registration is subject to the following conditions.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) jayae9 account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity, payment method, device, or household is strictly prohibited. jayae9 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.

2.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and any other details requested during the verification process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jayae9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be asked at any time to provide documentation verifying your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladesh passport
• Driver's licence issued by a Bangladesh authority
• Mobile banking account verification screenshot (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until the process is completed to jayae9's satisfaction.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. jayae9 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 2.5 Non-Transferability

Your jayae9 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any third party. Allowing another person to access or operate your account, or accessing another person's account, is strictly forbidden and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

By registering a jayae9 account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws and regulations applicable to your place of residence. jayae9 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned where recoverable, and any winnings will be forfeited.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party
• The funds you deposit on jayae9 are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) whose participation in online gambling may be restricted

3.2 Minor Protection

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jayae9 supports BDT-denominated transactions processed exclusively through authorised payment channels. All deposits and withdrawals on jayae9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit on jayae9 is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though jayae9 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps at its discretion or at the player's own request under the responsible gaming framework. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on jayae9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jayae9 does not operate multi-currency accounts. If a payment is received in a currency other than BDT, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by jayae9's payment processor at the time of the transaction, and the converted BDT amount will be credited to your account.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

jayae9 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. jayae9 reserves the right to freeze, hold, or investigate any transaction that triggers internal risk thresholds. In cases where suspicious activity is confirmed, jayae9 may report the matter to the relevant authorities and permanently close the associated account without prior notice.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jayae9 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.1 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who have a verified jayae9 account in good standing. Players who have self-excluded, exceeded responsible gaming limits, or whose accounts are under investigation are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses during the relevant period.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Abuse & Fraud Prevention

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

jayae9 may offer special promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as sporting events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jayae9, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayae9 Platform:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on jayae9 under any identity or payment method
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or allowing third parties to access your account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or extract data from the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the jayae9 Platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity
• Attempting to launder money or finance illegal activity through jayae9 accounts
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jayae9 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel
• Circumventing responsible gaming controls, including self-exclusion measures, through the creation of new accounts

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any violation of the prohibited conduct provisions above may result in one or more of the following actions at jayae9's sole discretion: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of outstanding bonus balances, withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and reporting of the relevant activity to the appropriate authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your jayae9 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before a voluntary closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled to your registered payment method, and any active bonus balances will be forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

7.2 Suspension by jayae9

jayae9 reserves the right to suspend your account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons, among others:

• Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Suspicious betting patterns or bonus abuse
• Receipt of a chargeback request from your payment provider
• Compliance with a legal obligation or authority request

During an account suspension, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place any wagers. jayae9 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension where legally permissible and resolve the matter promptly.

7.3 Permanent Closure

Accounts found to have committed material breaches of these Terms — including identity fraud, money laundering, use of automated tools, or operating multiple accounts — may be permanently closed. In such cases, jayae9 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances and report the matter to the relevant authorities without further obligation to the account holder.

7.4 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who request self-exclusion through jayae9's responsible gaming tools will have their accounts closed for the duration of the selected exclusion period. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jayae9 Platform — including but not limited to the jayae9 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of jayae9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.1 Restricted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jayae9 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without express written permission
• Modifying, creating derivative works from, or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform or its software
• Using jayae9 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context outside the Platform without prior written consent
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Platform using automated means

8.2 Third-Party Content

Games and live casino content available on jayae9 are provided under licence from third-party game studios and providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such games remain with the respective providers. jayae9 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

8.3 Feedback & Communications

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to jayae9 via support channels, surveys, or other means may be used by jayae9 freely and without obligation to compensate you. By submitting feedback, you grant jayae9 an unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, adapt, and act upon that feedback in any manner jayae9 deems appropriate.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jayae9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical errors. jayae9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8.5 Amendments to These Terms

jayae9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Players who do not agree with any amendment should cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 7.1 above. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
